Opportunities
We have a new opportunity for a Lead Finance Analyst to join our team in Oldham on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Finance for Guinness Property, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the financial performance in Guinness Property is clearly monitored and that effective cost management and control processes are in place.
Salary – £53,382
Reporting to the Head of Payments & Income, we are looking for an experienced Finance Analyst to support the effective and efficient management of the payment processing function. You’ll provide support to our Finance Officers providing and analysing key performance indicators to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
Salary – £43,216
A vacancy has become available for a Rents and Service Charge Manager. Working closely with the Head of Rents and Service Charges, you will play a key role in managing the wider team and deliver high quality rent and service charge accounting services across Guinness.
Salary – £40,673
