Headquartered in modern offices on the outskirts of York, Park Leisure was founded in 1998 and is now backed by private equity funding. The business enjoyed very strong 2020 sales figures, despite the restrictions of UK lockdowns, with a turnover of c.£50m. Operating within the UK holiday home sector, they are extremely well placed for growth both as the economy recovers from the pandemic and in the long term as climate change forces changes to travel habits.

In addition to “bucking the trend” in 2020 and the positive outlook for 2021 and beyond, there have also been some exciting internal changes. There have been two recent senior appointments with leisure sector specialists Richard Bates (CEO) and Mike Crowther (CFO) joining the business.
