North West Employers has built a reputation for being a trusted member- led organisation and a solution focused partner. Our membership consists of 34 Local Authorities within the geographical areas of Cheshire and Merseyside, Cumbria, Lancashire, Greater Manchester and Liverpool City Region, Greater Manchester Combined Authority and Liverpool City Region Combined Authority and the emerging Strategic Authorities in the North West.
We are the Regional Employer Organisation and the representative voice for the North West and our close relationships with regional and national partner organisations help us build a stronger and more connected North West.

Meet the Consultant
Richard Haggarty
Head of Client Relations
Richard brings more than 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry, having delivered a wide range of recruitment projects for Public Sector clients across the UK. With particular expertise in Human Resources and Organisational Development, he has successfully appointed candidates up to Executive level and has built an extensive network of clients and candidates. Richard now leads client relations for Castlefield Recruitment, focusing on strengthening partnerships, supporting commercial growth and ensuring consistently high standards of service delivery.
