IHPN is the only membership network for independent healthcare providers across the UK who deliver a diverse range of services to NHS and private patients including acute care, primary care, community care, clinical home healthcare, insourcing and diagnostics. As Commercial Associates of IHPN, we do not provide direct clinical services to patients but instead offer goods and services to independent healthcare providers - supporting them to deliver great care to patients and enabling them to make a positive contribution to UK healthcare.

The Healthcare People Management Association (HPMA) is the professional voice of people professionals in health and care. Established in 1974, the HPMA now have over 12,000 members with their aim to support and develop the people profession to improve the people management contribution in healthcare and ultimately improve patient care. Castlefield have been Commercial Members of the HPMA since 2020 and as a recruitment partner to the organisation itself, having successfully recruited Trustees and their new Chief Executive Officer in 2024.
