Leeds Teaching NHS Trust is one of the largest acute trusts in the UK, with 17,000 staff and a £1.3bn spend. The Trust is responsible for providing hospital and specialist services across seven sites and additionally host the Yorkshire Nightingale Hospital.

The Head of Capital Projects role represents a highly attractive career opportunity within one of the most respected acute trusts in the NHS during a period of huge capital investment.
Working as part of an experienced Estates & Facilities management team, the role will hold responsibilities for;
– Supporting the Head of Estates (Capital) in the development and management of the Estate Capital Development Programme (c. £20m – £30m annual spend over the next 5 years)
– Providing expert advice on a programme of complex and specialist estates projects
– Working with the wider Operational Estates Team to ensure that projects are delivered effectively and fully compliant with healthcare legislation
– Engaging with senior clinical and non-clinical management across the Trust to ensure full stakeholder engagement on projects
– Providing leadership and management to the Capital Projects Team
