Our repairs team has taken a fresh new look, as Muir Property Solutions and We’re Muir come together to modernise our maintenance service.
Our Repairs Transformation project is the next step in delivering our Customer Commitment. We’re focused on creating a modern, high performing repairs service, that makes things easier, smarter and better for our customers. Customers can expect:
Residents in our North and Cheshire regions will now receive repairs and maintenance services from our We’re Muir team, rather than Muir Property Solutions, as we become one organisation.
What’s happening and when?
Following the integration of Muir Property Solutions, into Muir Group on November 4th, we are delighted to have become one, rather than two organisations. Working as one, we’ll become more efficient and effective so we can improve our repairs service even more. Making these changes also means we can invest more in our services, improving the way we look after our customers and their homes. It’s a big change which will take time to embed as we work to launch a better repairs service from April 2025.
This integration has provided us with the opportunity to carefully consider and restructure our repairs and maintenance functions and has led to the creation of several new roles which will be crucial in helping us create a modern and high performing repairs service.
