The Priestley Academy Trust is delighted to offer the opportunity to bring a Head of Estates to their central team. The Trust was created with a vision in mind, the vision is underpinned by the following values: Respect, Responsibility, Excellence, Compassion and Collaboration, and the successful candidate should embody all those criteria.
The Trust is currently comprised of six primary schools in the West Yorkshire area with a view of expansion. The mission is to develop pupils in a well-rounded way both academically and personally to ensure that they are equipped for the demands of secondary education and future employment.
The Priestley Academy Trust plays an important role in thousands of young lives; providing students with skills that provide the best possible life chances that will allow them to flourish. As a member of the central team you will be given the opportunity to contribute to the estates strategy that will help ensure that the vision is not only met but allows the Trust to grow.

Thank you for your interest in the role of Head of Estates within The Priestley Academy Trust.
We believe the person appointed will make a significant contribution to our organisation and help ensure we achieve the best possible outcomes for all our pupils.
Our vision is to offer an outstanding, transformational learning experience for each pupil with a strong emphasis on academic excellence, character development and public service.
The Trust was formed on 1 December 2016 with five primary schools and has grown by one school in October 2022. We are looking at significant growth of the Trust in the coming months and years so this is an exciting time for the organisation.
The Head of Estates will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer, Chief Executive Officer, the central finance team and the site teams within each of the schools to ensure that the Trust estate continues to provide a safe environment for all.
We are looking for someone who fits our values and has a strong desire to improve the life chances of children and really believes in the power of education.
